By accessing or using the Rentrax platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users including business owners, staff members, and viewer accounts.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to Starter plan features. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
You agree not to use Rentrax to:
You retain full ownership of all customer data, booking records, and business data you enter into Rentrax. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
By using Rentrax, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Business owners may invite team members with the following roles:
The number of team members you can invite depends on your subscription plan. You are responsible for all actions taken by team members under your account.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime for the Rentrax platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
The Rentrax platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rentrax. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Rentrax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of General Santos City, Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Rentrax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
